What you Get with our Event Coverage Package

I. VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS:
We record major portions of your event on-site and deliver a 10-15 minute video overview piece in a matter of days.

  • Our goal is to convey the essence of your event on video.

  • We work unobtrusively, using hand-held equipment including a camera, collapsible tripod, and micro-size wireless microphones. That’s it.

  • In the editing suite, we curate the best moments, the most compelling visuals, the most memorable speakers from your event.

  • We add significant content including:

    • Speaker ID (Name, title, company for each speaker)

    • Spelling out of acronyms

    • Insertion of on-screen captions to reinforce key talking points

    • Addition of supporting photos & imagery where it makes sense (Example: In the BuildSmart video shown to the right, one speaker referenced the shipping industry, so we inserted stock photos of container ships to enhance his delivery.)

    • Application of stock music to enhance the opening sequence of each Highlights Video and draw in more viewers

II. VIDEO CLIPS
We curate the best moments of your key speakers.

  • We come up to speed quickly on your subject matter, drawing upon our 25+ years of experience in technology and innovation.

  • We isolate the most memorable video segments from key speakers.

  • The clips are designed with social media usage in mind, ranging from 15 seconds to 1 minute in length.

  • We typically deliver 10-20 Individual Speaker Video Clips per event.

III. FULL FILE ACCESS
We provide direct access to all video files including raw footage.

  • We share with you the Video Highlights piece, all of the Individual Video Clips, and the Raw Footage of the event so that you can add everything that we captured on-site to your video content library.

  • Our default is to upload all client files to Dropbox, where you can access them 24×7.

  • Alternatively, we can upload files to another online destination upon request.
